How to use Homeit’s Guest APP?

STEP 1 – Install

​

• Download the homeit APP from the Apple Store or Google Play.

STEP 2 – Set your phone number. Enter the phone number you gave the landlord to make the booking.

​

• Select your country mobile code.

• Enter your phone number.

• Confirm your mobile number with the SMS verification code.

 

STEP 3 – Find your home

​

• In your dashboard you will find the property which has been associate with your phone number. You will find:

• Address, city and country.

• Time and date for the check-in and check-out.

• Click on the property and you will find 2 tabs on the bottom of the screen:

Instructions and keys:

​

• Instructions: Find your hostname and specific instructions about access to the property.

• My keys: check the doors you will have to unlock to access to your home.

 

STEP 4 – Unlock

​

• To unlock the building door or property door, click on the arrow to the right

• Press YES to unlock the door!

• And if you are using a keypad, introduce the code that appears on the screen.

 

Note: usually you will have 10 seconds to open the door before it locks again
