The customer undertakes to respect these rules:

 

Behaviour:

• Listen to loud music is forbidden. Parties are not allowed in the apartment.If the neighbors complain about the noise, you will be excluded from the apartment without refund of the remaining nights, including the deposit which will not be returned.

 

Sleeping hours fare is from 10PM until 09AM next morning.

 

• The day of departure, the customer will leave the accommodation as found at the arrival, it means clean and orderly.Barcelona4Seasons will take additional charges if the apartment is not delivered in good conditions.

• If the customer loses the keys, he will assume the cost of a new set.

• If the customer forgets the keys inside or lock the door leaving the keys inside on the locker, he will assume the cost of an emergency opening. Moreover, if it happens during the night or week end, the customer will assume an extra cost for our service

 

30,00 Euros from 20:00 to 24:00

50,00 Euros from 24:00 to 02:00

70,00 Euros from 02:00 to 08:00

Weekend and during the day 30,00 Euros

 

Number of occupants:

The occupants that have not been mentioned in the booking are not allowed to access the apartment.  If this clause is not respected, the customers will be excluded from the apartment without refund.

 

Responsability:

 

Neither Barcelona4Seasons nor the owner of the apartment shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use of the apartment by the guest, including without limitation, damages, insurance, or losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behavior.
